I just opened a ticket for this, and they said it was a duplicate of this ticket and resolved mine and I see resolved on this ticket but literally no answers…what was the point.
This doesn't seem applicable to version 1.26.1.

Exactly same issue but not with the attack button rather with the place button
Yes, this is actually true. Also to add on, you can't bridge properly because the touch button doesn't budge to move instantly which effects bridging and bow gets effected too.
My mcpe version is 1.21.92
Controls is Joystick with split
You can check it out yourself when you try to use bow with the touch button there will be a delay, delay of screen movement. It won't move until the bow is loaded or you move your finger very fast

having same issue bought new pack can’t download it and skins aren’t loading
the same thing happens for me I'm playing and it randomly crashes usually at the start of playing, when it does crash does it come up as a Mojang red colored screen for around half a second then crashed with nothing else, iv noticed this only happens when I'm playing with my framerate limit as unlimited and when changing the limit to 60 it resolves the issue.

The more I relaunch the game the worse this issue gets, I can't even press a stone button that is right next to where I'm spawning in anymore, can barely aim at it.

I had these 3 commands going on a repeat/always active block, and the dirt/grass ones stopped working randomly for one and after I checked it and discovered it blanked out for the other

I've shared a clipping of my world, the bug is still present after the trim
