I can not earn any achievements anymore on my long term survival world which has achievements enabled. I have provided a video that shows me attempting to unlock an achievement and then attempting to switch to creative, showing the achievement disabling notification (proving I have achievements enabled).

Have you made sure the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service is enabled? This service must be enabled to unlock achievements.
Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find Connected User Experiences and Telemetry. If the service is disabled, enable it, and then set the startup type to Automatic
