Cracked Players cant see recent changed skin

I was so confused on why my friends cant see my new skin. They were using crack and im using premium minecraft. I tried making a cracked account and it do really show my older skin instead of my new skin. My other friends who is using premium is totally fine but with cracked acc, they cant.
