It is also possible to make the log spam these warnings using "The Void" preset. Normally when you create a world using "The Void" preset, these warnings are not spammed. However, if you follow the reproduction steps of MC-217702 using "The Void" preset, these warnings will be spammed immediately before the crash.
The "Tunnelers' Dream" and "Desert" presets are also affected.
Additionally, I checked Mojang's client mappings for 21w08b; cxd corresponds to net.minecraft.world.level.levelgen.placement.RangeDecorator.
