red screen when spectates mob with filters near world border

 As we all known, world border will give you red effect on the edge of screen when you get close to them, but when spectating mobs with filters at world border.

the screenshot is taken when spectating enderman outside and inside world border.

spider also has the same glitch

creeper filter behaves weird, it just became full black. I guess that the reason is green filter + red filter has block out all light❓
