Water turning white with aqua affinity when at level 10

Aqua affinity makes you mine faster underwater...

So on mojang in the changelog it said that aqua affinity also improves
vision underwater and at lvl 10 it makes it worse

Aqua Affinity does not improve vision. It is respiration.
