So I used to have a Bee farm collecting honey for a few days and suddenly it stoped. The bees never came out of Bee Hives again.
Things I noticed for this issue:
ALL the Bees inside the Hives have the pollen status.
Even though the Bees entered the Hives with pollen status the Hive's honey state didnt change.
According to those I assume that it has to do with a Hive bug rather than Bees. It seems that the Hives get glitched somehow not changing state anymore.
I will post any new information I notice about this bug.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.16.5 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
