[MC-217380] Fog is too bright in caves / Can see the sky - More obvious at lower render distances

Attached a few screenshots showcasing this issue. The fog is too bright while in caves, especially during the daytime. In some instances, you can even see the sun/moon/stars, despite being deep underground.
