Bug Problem

I bought the Minecraft Java Edition on November 23, 2020. I was able to play in servers, create my own servers, and join realms. I have refreshed my pc which deleted most of my games. I tried logging into my Mojang account on google and it doesn't load the log in, and when I downloaded and launched the game it tells me that the email and password are incorrect. I have tried this multiple times, as well as changing my password. I tried to log in with my Microsoft account but that just tells me that I could only play the demo. I have emailed the support center and they told me that I must've caught a bug. Please look further into this and help me fix this problem!! Thank you.
