The Bug:

You can sometimes move items in your inventory for a split second in spectator mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a turtle shell helmet and switch into spectator mode.

2. Open your inventory and attempt to equip the helmet by shift-clicking it constantly.

3. Take note as to whether or not you can sometimes move items in your inventory for a split second in spectator mode.

Observed Behavior:

You can sometimes move items in your inventory.

Expected Behavior:

You would not be able to move items in your inventory.
