[MC-217796] I could not enter "nether" and "end" from "overworld"

I found an "end portal" in a world I've been playing for a few months,
so I completed the portal and tried to enter the "end" by touching the black block, but I can't get in!

This problem also happens with "nether"

Did you use a datapack for custom dimensions in this world and then later delete the datapack? This looks like MC-197860.
