[MC-217905] Unable to connect to world

I've tried to connect to my friends world many times, I've tried to solve it in many different ways I found on the web but none works... What should be done?

Are you sure you are on the same network? Have you already checked your firewall? Are you using Hamachi?

Hi, In what sense same network? are there different servers like an eu us one? I'm playing from ps.
