[MC-218667] Dripleaf when water logged deletes the bottom water source when broken from the top

When the drip leaf plant is water logged from the bottom and gets broken, the water source that logged the bottom of the drip leaf disappears. this only happens if its broken from the top and doesn't happen if broken from the bottom. I hope this is a good amount of info
