Chunk Border debug doesn't render properly (F3 + G)

The Line Renderer for rendering the Chunk Border is broken in the newest snapshot

What I expected to happen was...:
Expected to show the Chunk Borders as older versions without the new OpenGL version

What actually happened was...:
Most of the time it doesnt render at all, but at very specific angles it renders. (Screenshot 1 & 2) However its broken, with some lines being diagonal ETC. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F3 + G
2. Try to find an angle where you can get the lines to render. (Very inconsistent)
