[MC-218700] Normal Minecart crashes game when placed on rails. 13w38b

I know in the version place is "21w10a" but the bug appears in 13w38b. Its an old snapshot but when placing a normal minecart on rails, the game crashes.

The error: The game crashed whilst rendering entity in world
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException

I have updated game, I was just searching thru snapshots to test them if they had any bugs.

Well yeah, but those bugs have already been fixed
