Can type text into anvil text field without putting an item in it, preventing you from closing the UI with E

The bug

Before 21w10a you were unable to type text into the anvil text field when there was no item in it and you could close the UI with E. Now in 21w10a you can type text and you can no longer close it with E. Not sure if it is intended or not.

How to reproduce:

1. Place an anvil

2. Press E
   ❌ You type in an E and you can type any letter and you cannot close the UI using E anymore, you have to use ESC. Can be annoying in spectator mode.
