I log in to my Minecraft account in the Minecraft launcher, then press play and the only options to play the game are demo version while the account is actually a premium account.
(It affects all versions of minecraft)

I don't have the receipt nor access the email the account was bought with.
the email has been changed since the account was purchased.
make sure you are logging in with the correct account- (mojang/microsoft). See MCL-16570
