take an enchanting table, and a sword in creative inventory if in creative game mode, if in survival look for 4 obsidian, 2 diamonds, 1 stack lapis lazuli, and 1 book, craft into an enchanting table try to have a lot of exp, take tools / armor you want to enchant , then right click on the enchanting table and put layers and tools / armor and posshh no enchantments option

You cannot use an enchantment table because an enchantment table does not show any enchantments
