Issue not present on 21w08b.
Previously enchanted items are functioning as designed.
When items are placed in the enchanting table no enchanting options are populated.
Issue is present on newly crafted and old crafted enchanting tables.
I'm playing in 1.19.1, and I'm having this issue with fishing rods. It's only fishing rods from my knowledge. It only suggests one enchantment, and when I click on the other two enchantments without suggestions, nothing happens.
@Atlas, do you have a full complement of bookcases, is the enchant you can get a full 30 level enchantment?
Have you actually enchanted something? Either a fishing rod or something else, to see if things change?
I believe that fishing rods have fewer possible enchants, so it's possible to only get 1 or 2 enchants, particularly if there aren't a lot of bookcases so therefore not many possible enchantment levels.
This doesn't quite sound like the same problem and the original problem should be fixed.
So if you can verify that it is a real problem you should open a new ticket since this one seems closed.
Fishing rod is MC-30730 and WAI.
