[MC-219690] Empty Enchantment Table

On my initial try of this version I was playing a normal survival mode, and to my surprise when I created an Enchantment Table, no enchantments were present, as can be seen by this screenshot:

Just to further inform you, this issue has been fixed for a future version of Minecraft.

Thank you Avoma, I've just tried 21w11a, and although it now allows me to enchant my pickaxe and books, when I try to enchant the rod to refresh the enchantment table, it does not show me what is needed when I hover over it nor does anything when I click.
