[MC-219453] Enchanting tables are broken on the latest snapshot.

No enchantments are available when a tool is placed in the enchanting table.

Same here but it is worse, my smokers and other appliances also do not work when this happens.

I just tested it in single Player... same thing. It's the snapshot. Even in a new world in single player...
