[MC-219171] The sides of a honey block don't render properly

So basically when you have a honey block placed somewhere and you go around the block, the sides of the block suddenly pop up into existence.

Confirmed. Inner honey block does not render when creeping around the side of the block. See screenshot. When walking a bit more to the right, the inner honey block will render in. Lack of side rendering also happens in 21w10a
