Walking along with 2 parrots following. For no reason, parrot suffoates in wall. No openings, top if hill. I loaded a backup from 20 minutes prior, no parrots at all. I had 2 parrots for more than an hour.

Try taking a parrot along for a walk. Have it fly down a large hole while you keep walking past the hole.
What don't you understand? The parrot should have kept teleporting to me. Instead it teleported into solid block then died. I had come 2000 blocks with 2 parrots. It died before I could get it back home. For no reason. It just flew into solid block. The game said "parrot suffocated in wall". I was outside, on top of a hill. The parrot had been on the surface blocks the whole 2000 trip.
