Dispensers can't be used to de-wax copper with an axe

I can confirm, but it would probably be a good idea to merge this with MC-165736.

This is a feature request.

As an alternative, I'd recommend that waxed copper blocks get dewaxed when putting them onto a campfire.

Optionally the campfire prevents oxidation as well (so existing builds won't get affected by that if they have waxed copper on a campfire)
