Fishing animation broken

The avatar's arm swings in a casting movement, the subtitles say that the bobber was thrown, but no bobber or fishing line extends from the pole which returns to its ready/start position. The approaching fish particle trail animation plays normally. Subtitles will inform you when the Fishing Bobber Splashes and clicking normally will allow you to catch a "fish." Only the rendering of the line and bobber during fishing is broken.
