cant talk in chat on single player or multiplayer it said in single player you cant say that here and it just crashes in multilayer its not a plugin ishu its something to do with my client or something please i would like some one that can acutely help me and not give me an answer go complain to the plugin creators

If the error says: "Cannot send chat message" you have toggled: Options... -> Multiplayer settings... -> Chat: Command Only (top left) on.
To fix it click the topleft button until it says: 'Chat: Shown'.
For the other issue, you are not connection to a 1.6.1 vanilla server, because it works otherwise.
Are you really sure you are connecting to a 1.6.1 vanilla server? It is not really likely, we cannot replicate the issues you are having and we know that servers claiming to be 1.6.1 (3rd party modified ones) will send you 'broken data'.
