Fishing rod does not work in 21w11a
What I expected to happen was...:
Expected the fishing rod to work normally
What actually happened was...:
The rod doesn't do anything upon right clicking it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a world in 21w11a
2. Get a fishing rod
3. Right click the fishing rod
