[MC-22077] Cat overload!

ok. at 1st i was thinking maybe someone spamming on my server. now i know i am over run with cat and cant remove them at this time. this bug need fix.

Ocelots are only spawning in biome Jungle.

lol. only problem. now i got so much. it crash player and me and my town in a jungle bio. 😛 it like they dont know how to de-spawn (o.O)
