[MC-221131] Crafting torch

I had just started a new world in 21w11a after a little while I tried making torches using a stick and regular coal.

What I expected to happen was...:
That it would make torches.

What actually happened was...:
Nothing appeared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start world in 21w11a.
2. Gather sticks and coal.
3. Try to make sticks.

I cannot reproduce this. Are you using any data packs?

Not using data pack or teksture pack, havent changed anything about the game. The bug is still there when I completely shutdown the game and start it up again.

Try turning on the game rule Require recipe for crafting: doLimitedCrafting. That seems to be the thing causing problems
