Weird boost glitch

I was casually sprint running in my new world, since i was just running i started to think about my cps for some reason, i start trying to maximise my cps and what i believe happend was that when i jumped under the tree while hitting the air fast i must've somehow clipped into the leaveblock. because i was still moving forward, when i exited the block it must've charged up something causing me to launch forward atleast 10 blocks.
