Colored sheep's head is always white

The Bug:

The sheep's head will always be white no matter what colored it is dyed

Repro steps:

1. Launch the game.

2. Create a new game in Creative Mode.

3. Spawn Sheep and use any color Dye to dye the Sheep.

4. Observe the issue.

Observed results:

Colored Sheep's head is always white. Whether the Sheep is spawned colored or is dyed, its head is always white. 

On Bedrock Edition the Sheep's head matches the color of the rest of the Sheep's body (see attachments).  
 

Expected results:

**Colored Sheep's head matches the color of the rest of its body.
