End surface level generates very high, burying the obsidian towers

When entering the end, you will find the central island is a lot taller than normal. Both the Enderdragon and obsidian towers will be entirely submerged in endstone, making it very difficult to defeat the boss. This height increase also applies to the outer islands, however the surfaces features (chorus trees, end cities) generate on the top like normal. The exit portal also generates on the surface. Surface level appears to be about y191.
