Tripwire is much higher resolution than other blocks

Relates to MC-221649 - I consider this valid as that ticket has not been considered intentional or otherwise resolved at this point, if resolved this may also be intended/invalid.

Blocks always measure 16 pixels from end to end. Tripwire, however, is an exception - it measures 64 whole square pixels from one end to the block to another, violating traditional Minecraft visuals.
