Candle(s) not showing a lit animation

Whenever I lit up a candle with flint and steel, the flame doesn't appear on the candle.

Go to survival or creative and try using flint and steel on the candles, you will see that the flame will not appear on the candle(s).

Note: This does the same with every dyed candle.
