[MC-2221] Player map marker hidden below map

On some maps, the player map marker appears invisible when exploring. When reaching the border of the map, you will notice that the marker is actually hidden under the map (topleft on attached image). Otherwise, the map functions fine.

I can confirm this. Marker off the side occasionally disappears, but once it does, it doesn't ever seem to want to come back. In fact, the player pointer vanishes entirely making the map somewhat useless as you no longer know where you are on it.

this also happens to the green arrow in maps in the item frames
