*Due to changes made in 1.18 Pre-release 5 to the sides of doors (probably to do with MC-170557), most of the doors no longer form swastikas, but warped doors can still form them.
[media][media] The Bug:
If you place 4 warped doors rotated and connected in the middle, a swastika will appear above (the hinges have to be facing one direction, inwards or outwards, but not both).

Not a bug. This is naturally emerging symbol, and although it creates a hateful symbol in most cultures, it is comparable to building a swastika with blocks.
In essence, if this is a bug, then the ability to create anything you want is also a bug.
Bruh that's not even a Swastika, that's a pinwheel. You're REALLY stretching it here I have to tell you.
1. In my case, I was experimenting with redstone and came across this. If your question is whether a player would normally encounter this, I'd say it's difficult, but not impossible.
2. "In essence, if this is a bug, then the ability to create anything you want is also a bug."
I did not want to create this, and yet it is what I came across. That is why it is a bug, because it creates a swastika without trying to make one, it is not the same as doing it intentionally with blocks. I can understand your point that it is a symbol that can appear very easily, but if it is very noticeable (like the warped door) I think it should be changed.
3. I'm not sure if you're talking about all doors in general or one in specific. It is true that there are some (like the spruce one) that you have to see very closely to see the symbol, but there are others (especially the warped door) that the swastika is very noticeable.
It doesn't change the fact that this is invalid. Again, this is naturally emerging behavior that forms a weird coincidence, and has no bearing on artistic or gameplay problems. Besides, a*ny* texture could form a swastika if you tried hard enough.
Let's not get too deep into wording, because you knew what I meant by "you want." And even then, your counterargument implies making mistakes is a bug, since you don't really try to make mistakes, they just happen.
Personally I think only the Warped, Crimson and possibly Jungle doors are an issue; the rest have long spokes that reduce the resemblance.
A confirmed status only means that a bug tracker staff (Mojang or otherwise) has reproduced the issue. Not all confirmed issues eventually get fixed.
Why is this considered a bug? It just appeared to form a "hateful" shape when 4 doors placed together, you can also build such a shape for other blocks too
Why would you try building this in the first place?
