The End is broken in the newest snapshot

I was doing practice rounds in The End on the 21w13a snapshot (the newest one), and I noticed that I was deep underground in the spawn location. When I went into debug, I was in Y level 49. It seemed normal until I started mining up like usual. There were more blocks to mine than usual, and the proper End land was at y187, which seemed weird. The dragon was acting more weird than usual, because it was not perching, and the End Towers were not visible. With these strange things happening, I went into Spectator Mode, and noticed that the End towers were deep underground, and the dragon wasn't able to heal. I have seen other content creators describe this issue, but if anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated.
