[MC-222309] i can't join a server please help!

So when I go into minecraft I can't join a server in the multiplayer because it says failed to log in: The authentication servers are currntly down for maintenance

This report is a duplicate of MC-207896, which was later resolved as invalid. The reason for this is because, this issue is most likely caused by the use of illegal or incompatible software. In order to fix this problem, please see the Mojang Notice attached to the parent ticket.
