No sand or gravel generating on the ocean floor in the latest snapshot.

In the latest snapshot the ocean floor is made of only stone for some reason while it should be made of sand or gravel. This affects all ocean biomes too.

1. In the latest snapshot, create a new world and go to an ocean biome.

2. If you look at the floor you will notice there is no more gravel or sand but only stone.
