§ symbol cannot be entered. i would like colored text like "I §4Love §fYou". Please fix it. 🙂

The section sign does work in Java Edition, but not everywhere I believe. Where exactly are you trying to type this text? In a book, or a sign, or in a chat message, or somewhere else?
If you are trying to type it in chat/sign/book and quill/world and server name, that is unfortunately MC-1572.

That is for Bedrock Edition. For colored text on java, try running commands from https:/minecraft.tools/en/tellraw.php
