[MC-222432] Fishing Rods loose durability but do not throw out the line

When I click to throw a line out with the fishing rod nothing happens but the rod still takes the damage It could be a texture glitch.

There is another glitch I noticed were looking at things that are underwater from above the water seem to disappear namely mobs.

Please put one issue in each report.
