The Bug:
Copper, Iron and Gold ore do not award experience upon being mined.
Steps to Reproduce:
Mine some copper, iron and gold ore.
→ ❌ Notice how you did not receive any experience upon doing so.
Information:
This is inconsistent with all of the other ores in the game, so it would make sense if these ore awarded experience upon being mined.

Can confirm, but I believe this is intentional as you already get experience by smelting the raw ore.

You get exp from killing a cow and you gain exp from roasting meat.
In the past, iron, gold and copper ores were dropped as blocks so they didn't give exp, but now they drop items just like other ores, so they should also give exp to stay consistent.
I think this will be marked works as intended. The main reason why is you're not smelting the ore you are mining it.
