[MC-222545] Glitched placing blocks of light on top of each other

~~You cannot normally put blocks of light on top of each other~~

My mistake - I didn't saw that if I click shift, I can normally put light block xD

Working as intended. See https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-21w13a. You can right click the light block to cycle light levels. Hence you have to sneak to be able to place light blocks while aiming at a light block.

Oh my gosh, now I noticed that pressing the shift key is correlated with placing the block xDDD
