[MC-222547] Breaking Iron ore with a fortune pick does not work.

Hey, so I found a bug in this snapshot. When breaking iron ore with a fortune pick it is supposed to get me more raw iron, but it doesn't. It just gives me one piece of raw iron. When I did this on Gold and Copper ores. It worked, the fortune 3 pick worked on those, but did not work on the iron ore.

Mining an iron ore with Fortune III will drop 1~4 raw irons, so I think that it's not an issue.

So you broke one piece and expect to get more than one in that instance?That is not how fortune ever worked. You get between 1 and 4, with the statistical middle being 2.5. Try breaking 10 and see if you only get 10. If you have any more than 10 then, it works.
