When I go to launch Minecraft it gives me an error basically saying minecraft launcher System error. It gives me the execution cannot proceed because VCUNTIME104.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I have deleted all files of Minecraft several times and reinstalled everything and yet this still is happening. Is their a way to find and install what is missing?
