Often while playing Minecraft ,I have heard block/ambient sounds repeat before the other has completed playing. Such as the same water running sounds playing 0.1 seconds after it starts, creating a horrible sound. This also happens with ambient sounds, such as the warped forest noises playing twice at the same time. I’m not sure exactly how to replicate this, since it is up to random chance, but possibly the code might lack something to tell it not to play that exact sound again until after the first one finished, and to wait a bit before playing that sound again. Block sounds like mining and placing are not the problem, just random sounds such as water flowing/ambient nether noises as an example.

Sure, It has happened to me 4-5 times this year so the event is quite rare, but I will install some replay footage so if I am in game and it happens I can do a keyboard shortcut and then have some footage. The problem is I will be off-Gaurd and likely won’t have my debit screen up, although when I hear it is it too late to pull it up after? Again, I specifically remember water running noises overlapping and warped forest ambient sounds playing. Cave noises I’m pretty sure we’re one too. Sorry for not having anything on-hand but I’ll see what I can grab
