However, this issue won't be fixed.

Any issues regarding block states being created or changed by using the Debug Stick are not accepted on the bug tracker according to this reddit post from Mojang.

BurnedCoal, I would suggest using the free open-source tool OBS to record videos. For recording on Minecraft, I suggest following a tutorial like this one which will guide you through the steps to set it up. I hope that helps! 🙂
