Dark patches in world; light not rendering.

In the snapshot, there are sometimes patches in which the light level is zero! This has not happened to me in the non-snapshot (1.16) versions, but it is a common occurrence in the snapshots! Though, this problem may be occurring due to my slightly defective graphics card. I just need to know if anyone (without a defective graphics card) is having this problem too.
