[MC-222813] (Parity Issue) Axolotls and Glow Squids can spawn above y=30

According to minecraft bedrock edition beta 1.16.230.54 change log, Axolotls and Glow Squids will only spawn below y level of 30 on non-ocean biomes, however on java they can spawn at more y levels. Glow squid on the screen didn't move since spawning.

Can confirm that they can spawn above y=30 in Java.

However, they do not spawn at this time! This was also reported in the changelog as a bug!

Unable to confirm as they don't spawn on the bedrock yet.
