[MC-222815] Piglin bartering never gives Soul Speed books

Playing the latest snapshot (21w14a) in survival, after giving five stacks of gold to a piglin, I got multiple of everything else they're supposed to trade, including Soul Speed iron boots, but not a single book of any level.

Cannot reproduce. The chance to get soul speed is 1.09%, see https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Bartering. Are you using any datapacks?

Cannot reproduce in 21w14a. Perhaps you are using a data pack that is changing trade rates?
